Our policies.

All orders are delivered next day in an insulated cold-chain package. You'll pick a 2-hour time slot at checkout and someone must be available to receive the delivery straight into a freezer.

Delivery is free on orders of 6+ cups. Smaller orders (4–5 cups) are AED 19 shipping. Your first order ships free.

Every frzn cup is guaranteed to arrive fully frozen. If anything looks damaged or thawed on arrival, message hello@frzn.ae with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace the affected cups free of charge on your next delivery.

Because frzn is a frozen fresh food product, we don't issue cash refunds - our Freshness Guarantee is a replacement guarantee. Reports made after 24 hours cannot be honoured as we can't verify cold-chain integrity.

One-off orders can be cancelled free of charge up until they leave our freezer for dispatch. Once out for delivery, they can no longer be cancelled.

Subscriptions - cancel any time from your account. No fees, no notice period. Your final scheduled delivery still ships if it's already been charged.

Promo codes cannot be combined with subscription pricing. The first-order free-shipping waiver cannot be combined with a shipping-related promo code - the more generous of the two applies.
